This DROP means a little more.
I was born in the Philippines and moved to Canada before I was two years old. Through food, I've always found a way to stay connected to where I came from.
For Philippine Independence Day (Friday, June 12), I created four puddings inspired by classic Filipino desserts that I can't wait to share with Windsor.
And because home means community, a portion of sales from DROP 005 will be donated to the Philippine Red Cross to support earthquake relief efforts.

Turon Banana Pudding
Inspired by the beloved Filipino street snack, featuring caramelized saba banana, jackfruit, and crunchy textures.
Halo-Halo Pudding
Our playful interpretation of one of the Philippines' most iconic desserts, layered with colourful flavours and textures.
Buko Pandan Pudding
A refreshing combination of coconut and pandan inspired by a classic Filipino favourite.
Ube Tiramisu Pudding
A modern twist combining creamy ube with espresso-soaked layers featuring locally roasted beans from Chance Coffee.
